7004 Form 2021

2021 Form 7004– Application for Extension of Time to File Certain Business Income Tax, Information, and Other Returns is a single page IRS tax form. It is used for applying for an automatic extension.

Form 7004 allows business owners to request more time from the IRS to file certain tax forms and other returns. However, this doesn’t apply to all returns. For example, information returns are outside of this extension. If you’re looking for additional time to file information returns such as Forms 1099 or 1095, Form 7004 won’t be any of help.
