Cigna Medicare Advantage plans work with Original Medicare to help cover your health care costs. These Medicare Advantage plans usually have zero-premium options in most markets. In addition to Medicare Advantage, Cigna offers standalone Medicare Supplement and Part D prescription drug plans. These plans typically offer low copays for doctor visits, a large network of providers, and pharmacy discounts. Some Medicare Advantage plans also include vision, hearing, and dental coverage. Cigna has an excellent financial rating from the credit reporting agencies and has strong customer satisfaction ratings.

The company sells Medicare Advantage plans in 28 states and Washington, DC. Currently, it has two types of Medicare Advantage plans: HMOs and PPOs. It also has a wide selection of extra benefits, including home delivery and telehealth services. Some of its plans include a free companionship program that pairs you with a partner to provide support and assistance. Others have discounted fitness classes, a free fitness center, and free wellness checks.

Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap)

Prescription Drug Coverage

In addition to offering Medicare Advantage plans, Cigna also offers standalone prescription drug plans and supplemental options, including dental and vision coverage. Its Medicare Supplement plan is offered in most states and includes a $0 premium option for new members. The company also offers a Medicare Advantage giveback program, which reduces the monthly cost of Part B by up to $130

Most Medicare Advantage plans include prescription drug coverage, which is a component of Part D.
